Extra Beds

Our Garden View ‘Birnbeck’ will accommodate 1 extra bed.
Charges for an extra bed to include breakfast:
Children up to 12 years - £20 per night
Children over 12 years - £30 per night
We have a Cot available which is provided free of charge, please bring your own cot bedding.

Check in is between 4-8pm
Check out is until 1030am

Cancellation Policy

We have a 7 day cancellation policy, bookings cancelled before 7 days can be cancelled free of charge, otherwise within this timeframe the first night will be taken.
